To do this the team need to penetrate other market sectors and develop as a team of territory managers, developing a robust territory plan and showing lateral thinking in regards to sales opportunities available.

Action: Following diagnosis, delivered experiential facilitated workshops based on the creation and development of a robust and meaningful Territory plan that the sales team will own and maintain going forward.

Result: Sales Volume up 50% year on Year for all members of Sales Team, with improved margins.
